Anthocyane is not the product of a family legacy. It started from scratch.
Anthony, Stéphane and Éric, bound together by a shared journey and nearly twenty years of collaboration, set out to create an independent, contemporary Champagne house, driven by a clear vision: to craft unique cuvées, conceived as works of art.

THE COLOUR OF WINE
Anthocyanin is a natural pigment found in the skins of black-skinned grape varieties.
It is this that gives the grapes their deep nuances, their colour and their character.
Invisible from a distance. Essential at its core.
The name seemed like the obvious choice.
It reflects our desire to bring out the fruit’s intensity, the wine’s structure and the unique character of each vintage.
Just as pigment shapes colour, Anthocyanin shapes a signature.
