Anthocyane is not the result of a family legacy, but of a shared vision. Anthony, Stéphane and Éric have chosen to create an independent house driven by a contemporary vision of champagne, with the ambition of producing cuvées where every detail counts and each creation asserts its own distinct identity.

In Nanteuil-la-Forêt, the Domaine des 3 Sources is the heart of Anthocyane. It is here that our wines are born, in tune with the vineyard, the seasons and our creativity. But the estate is more than just a place of production: it brings together art, tastings, events and hospitality within a space designed to be a living, vibrant and dynamic environment.
At the heart of the estate, the Le Clos des Sources gîte extends this experience.
